What's the difference between SHOP and ESTY SHOP?

We're currently selling our product two ways - a small selection on our Etsy store and a larger selection on our online store here. Eventually, we will close our Etsy shop and want you to know where to find us - www.patronsaintjewelry.com!

 

If you purchase items under "Etsy Shop", you will return to Etsy to complete the transaction. Please note, our Etsy is only a small amount of our selection; some items will not be available through our Etsy Shop. For more selection of necklaces, click SHOP and checkout through our secure website.
 

 

FREE SHIPPING

We process and ship all orders processed and shipped from our North Carolina or Louisiana warehouses. We only ship within the United States. Pick-up is not available; we're not open to the public.

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Items requiring longer production time will say so within the product description. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day (excluding holidays). All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. 

 

We only offer expedited shipping via USPS or FedEx. Rural domestic addresses may require additional days to deliver. We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather or other issues on behalf of the mail carrier.

PLEASE NOTE: An expedited shipping method does not change the processing or production time.

FedEx Ground (3-7 days) -  $12.49
FedEx 2Day (1-2 business days) - $20.99

 

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer:
- APO/FPO shipping   
- Multiple shipping addresses (must place separate orders)


FINE JEWELRY AND ORDERS OVER $200
All Fine Jewelry orders or orders valued at over $200 are shipped expedited, free of charge, and require a signature upon delivery. 


HOLIDAY DELIVERY
Major gift-giving holidays like Mother's Day and Christmas can be marginally slower. Please order by listed "cut-off" below to ensure delivery in time for the holiday (unless expedited shipping is requested). Email us at info@syrcstyle.com prior if you're concerned about receiving by a specific date.

 

Christmas Day 2020 cut-off for regular shipping: December 16, 2019, by 5:00 pm EST

Christmas Day 2019 cut-off for expedited shipping: December 20, 2019, by 5:00 pm EST

Mother's Day 2020 cut-off date: TBD

PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards through Wix and Etsy secure platform.

 

PayPal
Don't feel comfortable using your credit card directly? We also accept all credit card and checking account payments are accepted through PayPal.

 

Cancellation: Orders are placed in the queue for production after receipt of payment.  We can cancel orders within 1 hour after placement, after that we can not cancel your order for any reason. Contact us immediately for a cancellation request. Please wait for written confirmation that your order has been canceled. Sending a cancellation request does not constitute a cancellation.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
PatronSaintJewelry does not price match. We are happy to honor a price adjustment on items that price lowered within 24 hours of purchase. We do not honor price adjustments on final sale items or items that were purchased with another promotional discount. We also do not offer price adjustment for promo codes that were not entered at the time of checkout. To obtain a price adjustment, please send an email to info@patronsaintjewelry.com within 24 hours of your order date. If your order is eligible we will refund the difference to the payment form used during this purchase. 


SALE ITEMS
Sales are the best, right?! We always try to offer the best-discounted price on our sale items and because of this, all sale items are final sale. Please make sure to read all product detail on sale items before purchasing.  

 

Typographical Errors     
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, PatronSaintJewelry shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a refund to your credit card.

All product descriptions are subject to personal interpretation. All colors may look slightly different depending on your monitor display settings.

RETURNS
We at PatronSaintJewelry strive to provide unique and great quality of jewelry items that you will be excited to wear. We are almost positive that you will be happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not happy, we accept returns on all unworn items within 15 calendar days from the delivery date for a full refund, with the exception of earrings, engraved items, custom made, and sale items. We do not offer exchanges.

All Earrings are FINAL SALE. All initial, name, word, or custom made items are FINAL SALE. All engraved items are FINAL SALE. Items marked "SALE" are FINAL SALE.

 

All items must be unworn and returned in its original packaging with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@patronsaintjewelry.com for an RA# and return address to ensure shipping to the correct warehouse. Order received without RA# OR after 15 calendar days from the delivery date, will be charged a 20% restocking fee. No refunds 30 calendar days from the delivery date. 

Customers are responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect address, package refusal, and/or expired mail forwarding. You can pay to have returned packages shipped again OR receive a refund minus the 20% restock fee.
